The Role

If you’re growth-driven, UX-obsessed, and have a relentless drive to make things happen at lightning speed, KAST is where you belong! We’re looking for a Principal Growth Product Manager who thinks and acts like an entrepreneur, owning and relentlessly driving initiatives. You’ll lead our growth development squad with a laser focus on building capabilities that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention, doing whatever it takes to scale KAST to the moon! Reporting to the CPO, you’ll steer the product growth strategy and roadmap, collaborating closely with the Growth, Compliance, Design and Engineering teams. This high-impact, high-growth role is for those who thrive in fast-paced environments - not for everyone.

This is a remote position open to candidates residing in countries within the APAC region. Applicants should have the legal right to work in their respective countries and be able to collaborate effectively within APAC time zones.

What You’ll Do

• Lead our growth development squad, building capabilities that drive customer acquisition, activation, referrals, and retention.
• Define and execute your product growth strategy; Prioritize and drive the roadmap in close collaboration with Growth and Partnerships.
• Orchestrate and streamline KYC workflows like SumSub, Jumio, Onfido, or FrankieOne.
• Optimize the user experience to cut registration-to-card onboarding time to under 2 minutes.
• Mentor and develop junior PMs and squad members.

What You Bring

• Growth hacker and entrepreneur at heart; you drive initiatives to get results fast.
• 8+ years in product management, with 3+ years dedicated to growth.
• Web3 experience required; challenger bank experience is a plus.
• Technical degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar.
