The Role

If you’re driven by data, speed, and insights, KAST is where you belong! We’re looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Product Manager who thinks like an entrepreneur and builds for speed. You’ll lead our BI squad, creating tools and intelligence solutions for critical operations like treasury management, liquidity, and business management. Reporting to the CPO, you’ll shape the BI product strategy and relentlessly drive timelines to equip our teams with actionable insights and efficiency. This high-impact role is for those who thrive in ultra-fast-paced environments - it's not for everyone.

This is a remote position open to candidates residing in countries within the APAC region. Applicants should have the legal right to work in their respective countries and be able to collaborate effectively within APAC time zones.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the BI squad to build tools that maximize operational efficiency, from treasury and liquidity management to admin panels.
• Define and prioritize a roadmap focused on internal tooling that enables KAST to move at lightning speed.
• Work with operations, finance, and growth teams to identify needs and deliver fast, impactful solutions.
• Drive insights through dashboards, reporting, and analytics to give internal teams a competitive edge.
• Mentor junior PMs and squad members, building a high-performance team.

What You Bring

• Builder and data-driven problem-solver; you push for fast, practical results.
• 5+ years in product management, with 3+ years in BI or internal tools.
• Web3 knowledge; experience in challenger banks is a plus.
• Strong experience with data analytics, reporting, and tools like treasury or liquidity management.
• Technical degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar.
