The Role

We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager who thrives in a high-speed, high-impact environment. You’ll drive our development squads to operate at supersonic speed, ensuring projects move forward without friction. Reporting to the CPO, you’ll align product roadmaps, manage dependencies, clear obstacles, and maintain relentless execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who values speed over perfection and can streamline processes to keep us moving fast.

This is a remote position open to candidates residing in countries within the APAC region. Applicants should have the legal right to work in their respective countries and be able to collaborate effectively within APAC time zones.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and coordinate multiple development squads, aligning projects with roadmaps and goals.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues to keep projects on track.
• Keep stakeholders up-to-date with clear timelines, project plans, and progress reports.
• Remove roadblocks and drive efficient, high-speed execution across teams.
• Lead strategic initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring rapid and effective results.
• Conduct retrospectives to refine program management practices.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in technical program or project management in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects with a focus on speed and efficiency.
• Strong collaboration skills with product and engineering teams.
• Web3 or fintech experience is a strong plus.
